How to safe Yourself From the End of America

The current economic problems have their roots in one major thing: the vast expansion of debt in the United States over the last three decades.

Americans have borrowed far more money than they can ever hope to repay. Much of this debt is tied to residential real estate, but there are also record amounts of credit-card, market real estate, and public (state and federal) debt.

Health Care Reforms

Starting in 2006, when mortgage debts began to sour, asset prices began to fall - even though employment and wages remained strong. The only time that's ever happened before was in the early stages of the Great Depression. This marked the starting of the great "unwinding" as the excess debt began to unravel. The corollary has been a sustained decline in the fundamental asset prices upon which layer after layer of debt had been securitized.

How to safe Yourself From the End of America

Declining asset prices and the large amount of mortgage debt already outstanding make it virtually impossible for the inexpressive sector to generate any additional credit.

And because Americans (in aggregate) have not saved a penny in roughly a generation, there's no way to keep the cheaper going. Americans have become credit junkies. Without more credit, America's cheaper falls apart. But agreeing to the Federal Reserve, outstanding U.S. Consumer credit fell in November by .9 billion - the largest monthly decline ever. That's a 3.7% annualized decline in Consumer credit. That's never happened before - not since 1943, when the records begin. Credit-card balances declined by .8 billion, and auto loans declined by .2 billion.

The declines in credit made a huge impact on Consumer demand. Car sales fell by record amounts in December (32%), and retail sales fell across the board at Christmas. It was the worst holiday retail results in more than four decades. These declines to credit set the stage for what would regularly be a long-lasting retreat and a massive decline in asset prices. Imagine how far car prices would fall if it became impossible to get a car loan. Imagine how far home prices would fall if it became impossible to get a mortgage.

But the U.S. Government has one weapon no other country has - the world's hold currency. The government clearly plans to make up for the shortfall in Consumer quiz, by increased spending. The U.S. Funds deficit for 2009 is now projected to be .1 trillion - more than 8% of Gdp. Only during World War I and World War Ii did the government ever have bigger annual deficits. None of these figures comprise any of the new stimulus packages Barack Obama has promised, which means the actual deficit next year might grow to trillion - around 15% of Gdp.

Given our total debt already exceeds trillion, it seems imaginable this level of deficit spending can continue without sparking a run on the dollar via foreign governments selling U.S. Treasury bonds. No one believes our creditors will ever sell the dollar. But they're wrong. Our creditors will not allow us to print money forever.

South Korea is one of the largest holders of U.S. Treasury bonds. On January 19, the head of investments for South Korea's government pension service, Kim Heeseok, told Bloomberg, "It's time to sell U.S. Treasuries" because the ongoing stimulus is going to cause inflation. We are squandering and destroying the most advantage of our country - control over the world's hold currency.

In 2009, we will see government spending coming 30% of Gdp. Our government is now bigger, as a percentage of our economy, than the socialist states of Europe, excluding their condition care expenditures. And these figures don't reflect the Federal Reserve's actions. The Fed has tripled the size of its equilibrium sheet, creating enormous amounts of new money by lending to hundreds of unwell banks and buying up more than trillion worth of questionable asset-backed securities. This month, the Fed pledged to buy yet other 0 billion of Fannie- and Freddie-guaranteed mortgage securities, helping to force mortgage interest rates down.

This is how America ends - with the lie that we all can live at the charge of our neighbor and borrow endlessly. Rather than naturally face a downturn in the economy, we plan to borrow trillions of dollars our children and grandchildren will be forced to repay. Rather than let all those habitancy and institutions that took on too much debt (like Gm) be liquidated and restructured, we plan to risk a hyperinflation. Rather than insist homeowners who can't afford their mortgages lose their homes, we would jeopardize the credit rating of the country.

It is all madness. None of the government's bailout plans will solve any of the problems. The government can only shift the burden of the failures. Instead of bondholders and shareholders being wiped out, taxpayers are put on the hook. These actions will temporarily resuscitate the cheaper - but cause a permanent decline in the value of the dollar.

Fortunately for us, we have any ways to protect ourselves from what will happen. First, make sure to own corporal gold and silver. A dollar run will send precious metals much higher. Second, own the highest-quality stocks in the world. And third, sell any long-dated U.S. Government bonds you own. As the dollar loses its value and inflation returns to the economy, much of the value of these government Ious will be wiped out.

I'm not happy to be the one to tell you all this. I hope I'm dead wrong. But it's preponderant you take at least some portion of the precautionary steps I've just described. Bigger government is coming... And in the long run, it's going to make things worse.

Good investing,

Porter Stansberry

Obamacare: Healthcare and Its Bill

It has now been just over 6 months since Obama's Healthcare Bill, also known as "Obamacare", passed Congress. The first of these Healthcare Bill benefits have just started. And Obama is spending his time reminding us to be grateful for his ingenious leadership.

But, especially as a senior citizen, what exactly are we supposed to be grateful for? Even if you're not a senior population now, you will be one someday (God willing), so in other words, every one, from every stage and walk of life should be asking themselves, and their Government, this question

Health Care Reforms

What he has been telling us about his Obamacare is this: insurance companies will not be allowed to force yearly limits, lifetime restrictions on benefits, and all children will have the insurance of insurance (regardless of any pre-existing condition conditions). And the President promises more of these good things in the future.

Obamacare: Healthcare and Its Bill

What is so odd about being grateful for these spectacular, and good things, you ask? Nothing, as a matter of fact nothing. But what is not a blessing, and the query our Leader refuses to retort is this: Who is going to be forced to pay for all these spectacular, benefits? Even the allembracing website that his administration has set up does not address who will bare the cost of this great bill. In fact, the wording lends more to the idea that no one will be responsible to pay, it will plainly be "free".

One of the first things I remember hearing my father say is, "there's no such thing as a free lunch". You've heard that saying too. And it's still an precise statement (and always will be), the money has to come from somewhere. And all this spectacular, coverage The Healthcare Bill promises won't be cheap. While the individual beneficiary of Obamacare might not pay, someone, somewhere, sometime, will have to. And those persons, at that time, will pay dearly.

Our President has told us many times over that the rich and upper class should be shelling out more money, much more money, for their government than they already do. And in the case of Healthcare Reform, he says it's a great place for them to start. You know the population he's talking about - those who haven't been hit by the recession, those who have probably gained something from this economic hardship... The ones who had President Bush in their pockets.

According to a study done by Book and Capretts, that's not the precise answer. In actuality, those who will bare the brunt of the high cost of Healthcare Reform will be those with low-income, minorities; all the population who are currently struggling to pay their own healing bills will apparently, eventually, also be burdened with the bills for the rest of the country. And these are the population the President has promised the Healthcare Bill will help the most. Particularly since the current recession, those who are lower-income and elderly are struggling the most. The way to fix that isn't the Healthcare Bill.

Tea Party, some Republicans unhappy with short-term spending vote Tube. Duration : 0.75 Mins.

CBS News is reporting that the House will vote today on another short-term spending bill that would keep the federal government operating for another three weeks -- while cutting billion along the way -- but some Tea Party Republicans are signaling they will no longer support Congress' short-term budget solutions. House Tea Party Caucus Chair Michele Bachmann released a statement today that she is voting against the measure, referred to as a Continuing Resolution (CR), because it does not repeal funding for President Obama's health care reforms. "We must defund ObamaCare now, and this CR makes no such attempt," she said.

Illegal Immigration effect on cheaper is Sincerely Revolting

Illegal immigration corollary on cheaper is well dismal and has many negative aspects on society. Illegal immigrants cause a lot of damage to the United States and most Americans are not aware of the harm they cause. The list of how they negatively impact the Us can go on for miles, but only a small few will be briefly discussed.

The collective schools are one way that illegal immigration corollary on cheaper is awful. Educating illegal aliens is costing Americans millions of dollars each year and is putting the collective school principles in crises. With just legal American parents placing their children is school; the school principles would be fine because they all pay their taxes which helps withhold the school. But more and more illegal aliens are pouring into the country, placing their children in school, and not paying any taxes. This causes the enrollment to up as requiring more money to assert and yet the tax money that pays for the schooling stays the same.

Health Care Reforms

The end corollary is a huge drain on the entire school system. This is because there is no longer sufficient money to continue to withhold everyone. They are now cutting school programs that there is no budget for. Teachers are being let go because paying their salaries are no longer in the budget. So, as the class size increases, the teachers available to teach the children decrease. This results in a poor schooling for the children.

Illegal Immigration effect on cheaper is Sincerely Revolting

Jobs are an additional one way that illegal immigration corollary on cheaper is bad. Illegal immigrants come over to the United States on a consistent basis finding for work. They seek out jobs which they can blend into without having to supply an Id. These jobs are regularly hard labor, lower end jobs. This is a huge problem because in doing this they are taking the jobs away from Americans that could get that job. Every job an illegal alien obtains, is a job that us stolen from an American.

Another area that illegal aliens work on the cheaper is in the section of health care. A law was passed, the federal urgency medical Act, which explained that a hospital urgency room had to treat all habitancy seeking their services, which includes illegal aliens. This is placing a sever strain on many hospitals because they have to pay for illegal aliens health bills on an fabulous basis which they do not receive any payments for in return. This fact alone is causing many urgency rooms to close their doors. an additional one disturbing thing because of this is that Americans are now being denied health care or they have to wait in long lines, all because there is no money left after paying for illegal aliens.

An supplementary way illegal immigration corollary on the cheaper is bad is through anchor babies. Plainly put, an anchor baby is a baby that given birth on Us soil whose parents are illegal aliens. All they have to do to get a complete free ride courtesy of the taxpayers is to tell the nurse when delivering her baby that they are here illegally. This is due to a law that states whatever born on Us land is a Us citizen.

A supplementary way the illegal aliens are affecting the cheaper us through crime. Once they arrive in America, they must learn how to avoid detection in order for them to do whatever here. However, avoiding detection regularly calls for them to break the law. They steal collective security numbers, they engage in identity theft, they drive without a license, and they evade paying taxes. They also commit more serious offenses such as murder, sex crimes, and drug proprietary and distribution.

As more and more illegal aliens flood the Us borders, the Us taxpayer's costs are rising just so we can withhold them living here illegally. Illegal immigration corollary on the cheaper is saddening. Our schooling principles is failing just to make room for the illegal aliens children. Many jobs are being taken away from Us citizens, production the unemployment rates go up. They receive free health care that is causing many urgency rooms to go bankrupt. Illegal aliens are advent to the United States to have their children so they can get a free ride while the tax payers foot their bill. They continually break the law but it is always overlooked. L ask you, how much longer are we going to withhold habitancy who a re creating a huge deficit in our economy?

Go to hell Barack Ad.

Go to hell Barack Ad. Tube. Duration : 1.70 Mins.

In the heat of a US presidential election year, with Americans immune to the polarized and bitter nature of political discourse, it takes a lot to shock them, especially in Washington. But one ad at a DC Metro station -- which starts off criticizing Obama's health care reforms and ends up telling the president to "go to hell" -- goes beyond the pale, says Jim Moran, a Democratic congressman from Virginia. The advertisement is for "Sick and Sicker: When the Government Becomes Your Doctor," a documentary that interviews Canadian doctors and patients in the hope of showing how dangerous "Obamacare" is for the American people. "Barack Obama wants politicians and bureaucrats to control America's entire medical system. Go to hell Barack," the ad says. Moran wrote a letter to Metro general manager Richard Sarles calling for the removal of the advertisement. "The ad is deeply disrespectful of the President of the United States and does not belong in the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) network," he wrote. It turns out that such language is within the accepted limits of American law and such advertisements are protected under the First Amendment of the US constitution, guaranteeing free speech. "WMATA advertising has been ruled by the courts as a public forum protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution, and we may not decline ads based on their political content," the Metro authority said in a written statement. "WMATA does not endorse the ...
